Black paper adds a moody contrast to your work and allows you to achieve deeper shadows, higher contrast and create the unexpected. You can use black paper with everything from watercolor, colored pencils, pastels, acrylic paint and ink. You'll get to experiment with how different opacities and colors react to the paper.
