For best results use flourescent colours on dark paper surfaces. Their flourscent elements allow them to glow under black light. Note: moonlight ink comes in 2 types (archival & flourescent). Archival Moonlight colours contain pigment-based ink which is waterproof & fade resistant. Flourescent Moonlight colours can fade if exposed to direct sunlight & glow under a black light.
