Masterpiece Hard-Core Alcohol Ink Art Panel

The Hardcore Alcohol Ink Art Panel by Masterpiece is a new surface that offers you more control with alcohol ink. The non-porous vinyl sheet is mounted to both sides of a MDF solid wood core, creating two non-warping paintable sides. The surface has a fine tooth that creates a subtle pearlescent shimmer because of the way the light refracts on the textured surface, adding an ethereal quality to your work. The tooth inhibits the ink flow and drying time, which allows more control and open time. Seal and protect your work with a two-part epoxy resin, this will add depth and a high gloss finish to your piece. Panels are 1/8" inch thick, easily transportable. For alcohol inks, acrylic paints, mixed media (not suitable for acrylic pouring). Bright white, lightly textured, non-porous vinyl. Extends open time for alcohol inks. Ink floats on the surface and will easily lift or wipe. Vinyl mounted to a hard-core MDF board with pH neutral glue. Vinyl is an impervious moisture barrier that resists warping. Double-sided. Easily mount in standard picture frames.
