Curry's Return Policy
Please note: We are not accepting returns at this time. Please retain your receipts for when we are in a position to begin accepting product returns.

Your satisfaction means everything to us! Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your Curry's purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and exchange policies below for purchases from all platforms. All returns will be verified and approved at Curry's discretion. In all cases, product(s) must be returned in their new, unused condition. We regret some items are final sale or exchange only – please see the list below.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase (date as appears on your invoice/receipt), with the original receipt, provided the returned product is unused and in resaleable condition. Items returned after the 30 days purchase date will not be considered for return. Returns without a receipt cannot be verified, and therefore will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Returning Product for a REFUND:
Provided the product(s) to be returned are within 30 days of purchase, with the original receipt, and is unused and in resaleable condition, they can be returned for refund. Any amount owing will then be refunded back onto the original purchasing method – cash or credit card, except cash refunds over $500 which will be issued in the form of a cheque mailed from Curry's Head Office. If your order was paid for with a Gift Card, you will receive the amount credited to a new Gift Card.
Returning Product for an EXCHANGE:
Provided the product(s) to be returned are within 30 days of purchase, with the original receipt, and is unused and in resaleable condition, they can be returned and exchanged for other product. If the value of the new product is less than the exchange, the difference will be issued back in the form of store credit and applied to a reloadable Curry's gift card.
Note: Refunds and credits are granted within 7-10 business days of Curry's receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.
Online Orders
For customers receiving their product via delivery, upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately and contact Curry's customer service if:
  • There is noticeable damage to the product
  • The product(s) shipped to you have been sent in error
  • There is apparent product(s) quantity shortage/overage when you receive your shipment
Upon arrival, if there is obvious damage from shipping, contact customer service immediately. We will gladly refund your shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or it has been determined that the product is defective or arrived damaged.

However, if product was ordered in error by the customer, the customer is responsible for shipping charges on the return and are to ensure that the product(s) are packed to arrive in resalable condition. Please call Customer Service for more details.
How to Return Product
Returning Product In-Person
In-person returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase to a retail store with original receipt provided the returned product is unused and in resaleable condition. Returns without a receipt cannot be verified, therefore we cannot accept refunds or exchanges without a receipt at this time.
Returning Product by Shipment
Shipped returns must first be verified by our Customer Service team at 1.800.268.2969 before they are processed, as all returned product must be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
NOTE: visual aids in the form of digital photographs may be requested prior to issuing an RMA.

Please include a copy of your issued RMA and invoice noting your provided RMA number(#). Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless you have contacted Customer Service to notify of damage to your order during shipping or an error on our part. Mail or courier service can be used as a means to deliver product back.
