FAQs: CURBSIDE PICK-UP

Though credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or Debit Card is preferred in order to minimize contact, cash is also accepted.

If you have prepaid by credit card, we are unable to made changes or additions to this order. A new order may be placed by email or by phone, or you may take advantage of our instant curbside, contactless at-the-door shopping option, when you come to our store to pick up your order.

Returns are being accepted. Please see our return policy, or speak to one of our staff.

Yes. We have implemented instant curbside, contactless at-the-door shopping, where you can have a conversation with one of our staff, while they serve you and shop for you behind a plastic barrier sealing our store entryway. They will work with you to find what you need, quickly and efficiently. Note that you may need to wait in a distancing line during this shopping method, so please dress for the weather and we also ask you to wear a protective face covering while conversing with our staff, as an additional health & safety precaution.

If your delivery order hasn't been released for order picking into the warehouse, your order for delivery can be cancelled. Your order for curbside pick-up may not have the same stock availability and any sale pricing that may have been part of your delivery order will no longer be applicable.

Store stock will vary by location, and won't necessarily be reflected by what is showing online. Feel free to add out-of-stock items to your order and you will be notified if any items are out of stock before your credit card is processed. We will work with you to find substitutes, if needed.

Yes, but only if your order is paid for upon picking up your order – please let us know you have a Curry's Loyalty Card upon your arrival. Note that prepaid orders cannot accept Curry's Loyalty Card points to be collected or redeemed retroactively.

For health and safety reasons, we are operating our stores with minimal staff and so will only be able to process a certain number of phone and email orders per day. We will do our best to have your orders ready as quickly as possible. For faster service, you may visit our stores and shop with our instant curbside, contactless at-the-door shopping service, (almost as if you are shopping inside our store), where we do the shopping for you.

 
 
Shipping Times We are working hard to get orders out the door as quickly as possible, delays from our regular processing times may occur during our busier peak periods throughout each season, along with reports of ongoing shipping delays with Purolator and Canada Post deliveries due to unexpected volumes of shipments that they are receiving.
